At the same time the state of California, recognizing the same need, started a standard of education and licensing of appraisers. Peggy obtained her real estate appraisers license in 1990 and her Certified Appraisers License in 1992.

Her knowledge in both areas of real estate affords her a unique understanding of real estate evaluation and her clients the luxury of a true professional.

After repeated work assignments in the desert area, Peggy was hooked, the breathtaking beauty and life style of the desert was irresistible.

In 1998, Peggy purchased her home in Palm Desert California and thus the transition began. Leaving Los Angeles behind, Peggy focused her attention on all different types of lifestyles in the desert, from the high end exclusive clubs to the fun loving very social clubs. Gated communities with golf courses and those without; single family dwellings not in a club atmosphere and condominium weekend get away properties. Peggy says the desert has something for everyone and has made it her business to search out the right property for each and every buyer.
